We instructed Savana Studio to undertake the renovation and dressing of a portfolio of buy to let properties in the Bayswater area. The brief was to produce a quality finish that would be attractive to prospective tenants whilst at the same time having an eye on expenditure as yield preservation is essential in buy to let investing. Savana devised expertly tailored solutions that were specific to each individual property and their execution was of a consistently high standard both in terms of adhering to project time-scales, budgets and to the desired finish. Project coordinators kept us fully updated on progress, giving us ample opportunity to convey our preferences where possible. The result was an innovative and truly bespoke service where nothing was too much trouble. Furthermore, we had no trouble letting the properties on completion of works.
